Tool: Add tool into tool shed of galaxy

Hello Everyone

I am integrate a softsearch tool in galaxy project and now i want to add my tool into galaxy tool shed so other user can install and access that tool via tool shed  please any one can tell me how I add my complete tool inside the tool shed

and my complete tool size in about 250MB

Thanks for the reply . I refer the link you are send but and  i upload my tool into tool shed but when i install my tool in other local galaxy system I get the problem of path because of the  Repository metadata is associated with this change set
