Question: NGS: QC and manipulation

Hello, I'm a beginner (my email zare@ibt.lt) of using Galaxy. I tried to use Trimmomatic or Trim Galore! tools for my uploaded pair-end data, however, unsuccessful. I was able to select only one file (not two) from my uploaded files and there is no possibility to run these tools.
