My disk usage on the main Galaxy server is once again not updating (it says I am using 53% when all histories are empty). Could you please adjust this so I can continue working with Galaxy?

Sure, doing this now. A few questions to help me track down and fix this bug, though: How are you purging/cleaning things (which interface -- the multiview, User->Saved Histories, or something else) ? Do you have jobs running (or, specifically, completing) while you're purging (this shouldn't matter, I just want to verify)?
Thanks Dannon. I have been deleting and purging files individually from the list in the current history (is this the multiview...?). I don't generally have jobs running while deleting as I usually go through and delete/purge files ahead of running jobs to free up enough space to analyse the next batch.
