Question: an error when trying the example in tutorial (Galaxy 101)

I am trying the example by joining the exons and SNPs from UCSC. An error always be returned. I don't know why.

The message shows: an error occurred while getting updates from the server.

I looked into the detail (see below), it seems the main reason is "History is not accessible by user". Do you know what caused this?
