Question: computeMatrix not working

Hi,

I keep getting this error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/galaxy-repl/main/jobdir/015/306/15306954/conda-env/bin/computeMatrix", line 7, in <module> Using regular bed file for position (tried several), for example Chr1 352612 355127 and my Score file is a bedgraph file I turned to bigwig.

What happens if "Chr1" is changed to "chr1"? That is the standard identifier format for genomes sourced from UCSC.
