Question: Galaxy analysis of correlations

I would like to know if Galaxy has tools that can remove the noise to find correlations in the data sets we have implement on it.

Please see the tools in the group Statistics at http://usegalaxy.org. You can also create your own data manipulation functions with tools in the Text Manipulation tool group.

Charts can also be used to graph data:

 

The Tool Shed is another resource for locating specific wrapped tools, for use in a local or Cloudman Galaxy.
