Please try the tool "Get Data: EBI SRA". Search for GEO and locate the experiment. Sequence data per experiment can be loaded directly from a link under the table heading "Galaxy".

I understand that Get Data: EBI SRA works for getting SRA information, as ENA mirrors NCBI's SRA. However, GEO data (e.g. microarray data) is not accessible from EBI... Suggestions?
