Question: Need help with "Map with Bowtie for Illumina" tool - Methanosarcina acetivorans

Would it be able to include "Methanosarcina acetivorans C2A" in the Reference Genome of "Map with Bowtie for Illumina" tool?

With bowtie (among other tools), you can select a reference from the history as well as using one of our built-in references.  To do this, just upload the fasta version of the reference genome in question to your history.  Are you able to get a copy of the fasta reference for Methanosarcina acetivorans C2A?
