Question: Why are the SOLiD mapping functions gone?

I noticed that under the NGS mapping section, all of the SOLiD functions are gone. Are they only down for maintenance or have they been permanently removed? If the former, when will they be back? If the latter, why were they removed and how can people with SOLiD data map their reads using galaxy? I was in the middle of analyzing data using the bowtie mapper, so could we at least get that function back?

These tools have been migrated to the Tool Shed for use in a local or cloud Galaxy. See the repository 'bwa_wrappers'. This is part of our larger goals for 2014:

Some public Galaxy instances may still host them, but you will need to check. Sorry that this occurred in the middle of your analysis.

Thanks, I created an account with GVL QLD instance of galaxy, they have the SOLiD mappers there and most of the basic NGS tools too.
