Question: cannt upload data

Sir,

I am trying to upload a 1.3G fastaq file from my computer to galaxy. It has been 24hrs and it still shows uploading. I feel there is some issue. Yesterday I got a error message regarding some error in updating of galaxy account and I was asked to contact the galaxy administration. Please guide me about the mail id that I can contact.

try to upload your data with a FTP Client. For huge data that is the recommended approach.
