Question: Need help with "Upload File" tool

I have been unable to upload files using Filezilla.  I get the following error message:

Connection timed out
Error:    Failed to retrieve directory listing

In FileZilla it says I am not connected to any server.

I'd be grateful for any help.

Can you verify that you're connecting to the correct server, ftp://usegalaxy.org with your current galaxy email (the whole thing) and password?

Posting more of the connection log from FileZilla might help resolve this.

Thanks for the reply. I retried it this morning and it worked normally (using the exact same information that I tried yesterday). Perhaps there was a problem with the server yesterday.
