Dear all, I have a .bed file which I need to reanalyze and so I wanted to convert it into a .bam file by the tool BEDTOBAM tool in galaxy. However, everytime when I have tried to that, My job has got paused in between and galaxy keeps notifying me that my .bed files have entered an unstable state. I would appreciate any sort of advice regarding it. Thanks for your time.

Hello,
Do you mean this tool instead? BEDTools > BAM to BED converter
There isn't a tool to do the reverse that I am aware of. BED datasets do not include the required data for BAM format.
Where are you working? A bug report can be sent in if working at https://usegalaxy.org or can reproduce the problem there. In your case, if there is no error dataset, a share link to the history can be used instead of the bug icon. Please leave all inputs/outputs undeleted and include a link to this post for cross-reference.
