Question: Cuffdiff Test Statistic Explanation

Hi there, I am curious as to what statistical test cuffdiff uses to determine the test statistic and its significance. I have tried finding it in the literature but its explanation is usually vague. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! -Mike
