Question: TopHat error message

Hi,

I've been trying to run TopHat on my RNAseq data. I ran my data through FastQC and then Trim. When I try to run it through TopHat, it will start to run but then stop with this error message: "An error occurred with this dataset: Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job." Is this due to a problem with my data or the server? Thanks
