Question: SQLDefaultUID and SQLDefaultGID for proftpd.conf

I started galaxy by

$ sh run.sh --daemon

And I'd like to modify proftpd.conf file for the connection with galaxy.

I checked /etc/passwd and /etc/group files, but can not find the UID and GID for galaxy.

Any ideas?

Related question: an error for proftpd:421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection - is that a distinct issue or can these two be merged or the first closed now?
