Question: Galaxy - conditional statement problem in workflow

Hello,
I'm trying to finalise a workflow on Galaxy. The tools works but I have some conditional statements and it didn't work in the workflow. I mean, these parameters aren't alterable in the workflow, Galaxy doesn't recognise them.
I saw this was a recurrent problem with conditional loops in workflows since several year, but is there a solution to get around this problem know ?

Can you please clarify. Galaxy workflows do not support conditionals as far as I know. What are you trying to do exactly?
Sorry, I have implemented several tools on Galaxy that contains some conditional statements. I also created a workflow for them, but when I need to run it, all parameters in a conditional statement are hidden (they doesn't pass in the workflow). I don't know if I'm clear. The result is that I can't change the parameters which implies those conditional statements.
It's a big problem, and I would like to know if there is a way to skirt that.
