Question: FTP server connection

Getting this error when I try to log in to the FTP server.  Had no problems logging in yesterday.

"There was a problem connecting to the server "usegalaxy.org". This file server will not allow any additional users to log on. Try to connect again later."  

I've been trying to connect for a good hour now with no luck.  Any suggestions?
