Question: cuffmerge sequence problem

When I go to cuffmerge to put assemblies together when I include the sequence selection it shows mouse and then immediately removes that choice. Is there a reason for this

We had a similar, unexplainable situation, in one self-written tool, where certain options, didn't show up or just quickly showed up and then disappeared. It first happened after we upgraded to 15.03 and set "toolform_upgrade = True"....and as if by magic, it no longer happens since we have upgraded  to 15.05 .

This was a known issue that has now been corrected. Specifically, the genome list was previously matched against the input dataset's "database" assignment, and now no longer is. Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
