Question: Disk quota do not drop even after purging history

HI,

I am using galaxy for RNA-seq analysis. My disk quota reached 100%. I purged all my old work to make space but it did not drop. It is still at 100% ( I only have history around 41 GB)

Could you please tell me what to do to fix it

I am sorry to bother you again but I still have the same problem my disk quota do not drop after purging. Is there any thing I could do to avoid this?
