Question: What is the version of GATK in galaxy?

Could anyone tell me the version of GATK in galaxy? I want to install GATK of the same version in our own server. Thanks!

This depends on your Galaxy Server. Which one are you using?

this should be MACS 1.3.7.1. If you scroll down the MACS page in Galaxy and follow the link in the blue box indicated with 'This tool was installed from a ToolShed, you may be able to find additional information by following this link: ' you will be redirected to the Tool Shed with more information.

Also every run of the tool should include the GATK version used in its standard output.
