Question: I am not able to get shared data

My colleague is trying to send data to me but it states that my user id (sazim@health.southalabam.edu) does not exist. I will be obliged if you could please help me with this.

This might be a stupid question, but is that the exact address the user tried to share with?  It looks like you left the final 'a' off alabama.
