Question: Unable to Visualize Galaxy NGS datasets

Hi,

I am unable to see the datasets after successful completion of tool run.

You can see Error in Image from below link. Focused window which is description of error.

Free space on hard disk is 150GB. Hence I dont think its error of low memory.

It appears that there are other issues going on with your instance. There are issues with the history panel - that will need to be resolved before attempting to use the datasets within it.

I don't know what is that error.

I just keep on using it. Not much problems faced regarding same. In worst conditions I have re login.

I guess it might be due to connection (LAN) problems or may be if Galaxy system is busy.

Got NEW error.

When I clicked on eye symbol to see the dataset, this error occured. I guess its due to maximum number of lines. Please look for number of lines in dataset .
