Question: My galaxy account has suddenly stopped processing. I can upload data, but a single command has been in queue / waiting to run for 48 hours now.

The account is only 23% full. What can cause this? I did show a student how to set up an account and uploaded my workflow, and I did that on my computer, but under his login. Would it be related to that? How can I re-activate my account?
