This error is due to changes with the Uniprot API. An updated tool version (0.2) is available and I have requested that it be updated at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org. Details if interested: https://github.com/galaxyproject/usegalaxy-playbook/issues/172

Meanwhile, you can use the tool at Galaxy EU https://usegalaxy.org. Be sure to use version 0.2. Both versions are listed in the tool panel at this server, but version 0.1 is the one with a problem and should be avoided.
