i want to know about the mapping through join genomic interval when i upload the file set the attributes text appear help me how can i set the attributes like start chromosone end etc

Hello,

To reset metadata for a dataset, click on the upper right corner's pencil icon to reach the Edit Attributes pages.

  • Change the datatype to interval on the third tab first if needed (and save). Or, set that datatype during Upload.
  • The first tab is where chromosome, start, end, and other columns can be defined for the interval format.
