Question: View RNA Structure Prediction Results

Hi, I'm doing some RNA Structure Prediction with constraints from in vivo chemical modifications for the first time. I ran my data through the workflow (Iterative Mapping to Get RT Stops to Reactivity Calculation to RNA Structure Prediction). Everything runs fine without errors. I'm just not sure how I view my RNA Structure Prediction results. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

I do not know the "Iterative Mapping to Get RT Stops to Reactivity Calculation to RNA Structure Prediction" workflow, but if you have a EPS files as output, you can use Galaxy charts module to display the rna_eps filetype with the dot-plot module for example.
