I was attempting to edit one of my workflows on Galaxy main but the workflow editor freezes at the "Loading Workflow Editor" stage. The editor did manage to load once but then the same thing happened when saving.
Thank you for your help.
Sara.

Hello,
First, try doing this again now. We updated the server this morning and this might have interfered with functionality for a short time window.
If the problem still exists, please do one of the following so we can make sure more is not going on plus help with usage:
To keep your workflow private, create a share link to the workflow and send an email to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org. This is how: https://galaxyproject.org/learn/share/. Please send from your registered account email address used at Galaxy main https://usegalaxy.org.
If you don't mind sharing the workflow publically, you can post the link here instead as a reply comment.
Once posted/sent in, we'll review and provide feedback.
Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
Follow-up for others reading: The workflow was in a problematic state. Importing from a different account reset the metadata and it now works.
We did a development review and did not find a workflow editor bug. Instead, this issue seems to be related to the recent server upgrades (best guess: edits happened to occur at the same time as one of the updates/server restarts). This is a rare, transient issue as far as we know.
Going forward, should anyone else run into this problem, please use the same workaround for immediate use. If you have time, also please send us an email (galaxy-bugs mailing list). Include a share link to the workflow plus a link to this post for context. We can also help with sharing the workflow back so it can be imported to reset the metadata. A direct copy/save-as/import-from-the same-account did not resolve this specific problem and we have only seen it once (ever).
