Question: BWA error, dataset conversion, history download questions

thank you so much, I found the solution. can you help me how I can save the history in my system? for example I want to save BAM or SAM.

Histories are automatically saved to your account. Histories can also be downloaded/saved (as a whole).

Individual datasets can also be downloaded. If you want to convert SAM<>BAM (either way), use the tools in the group NGS: SAMtools.
