I tried to follow a tutorial, I have problem running the Imported tuxedo workflow (I get error after 10:25 of the video link)

I uploaded the datasets vis NCBI-SRA Tools as FASTQ (uncompressed). I have used only 18GB disk space of 250 GB. Then I imported: DEG:Tuxedo2 - 2 Conditions 3 Replicates each, pipeline, But, on clicking "RUN" the Workflow, it shows the following error.

"Uncaught exception in exposed API method:"

Could you suggest the reasons for this error? and some solutions too? https://usegalaxy.org/

I am new to this community. Sorry, I can see same issues have been posted already. If you know new pipelines for running RNA-seq differential expression you can inform me.
