Question: Download all history including data collection and nested data collections

Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody knows the easiest and quickest way of downloading the whole history with every result file from the history (including data collections)?
When I use History options-->Export history to file
On my local instance the data (e.g. results in .tsv) are not exported with the history.
I notice though in 17.09 that a folder called datasets is created but that does not include the data collections only individual data files that are not within collections.
