Question: Cloudmap Hawaiian SNP mapping

Hi all,

I am trying to run one of the CloudMap pipeline to do Hawaiian SNP mapping but the workflow stopped quite early in the process. Can you guys check quickly what's going on? Here is my history: https://usegalaxy.org/u/derisbourg-01/h/unnamed-history Thank you in advance for any help!

The Cloudmap workflow and tools have been deprecated at https://usegalaxy.org and may produce errors. Your history is no longer shared but there would be no resolution if a tool problem presents for certain use cases.

If you suspect there was an input problem instead, FAQs for troubleshooting general data issues can be found here: https://galaxyproject.org/support/

Or if you think this could be a usage issue you may be able to get help from the Cloudmap workflow tool authors. https://usegalaxy.org/u/gm2123/p/cloudmap

Using the tools in an older version of Galaxy (your own local Galaxy, a release dated around the time of the last Cloudmap tool updates) is also an option. Tool versions/dates are in the Tool Shed (http://usegalaxy.org/toolshed) and how to obtain older Galaxy release is included here: https://docs.galaxyproject.org/en/master/releases/
