Question: Trouble loading fastq data

Hi, I have difficulty uploading one of my input file for a pair-end (two separate input files). The R2 file was uploaded while the R1 file did not . Kindly help resolve this issue. Below is a screen shot.

The help in this FAQ for data upload resolves most issues. It includes troubleshooting advice. https://galaxyproject.org/support/loading-data/

Specifically, 1) Check the compression (and uncompress as needed), 2) make sure uncompressed data is < 50 GB for most datatypes and < ~25-35 GB for BAM datasets, and 3) know that interrupted FTP transfers can be resumed.
