Question: Cufflink, cuffmerge, cuffdiff doesn't work (gray queued jobs)

I run a work using cufflink yesterday. I have not get the data yet. The status didn't change into running. I don't know whether it is running or not.

Glad that worked but the underlying delay was probably that the server had these jobs queued when first launched (this is normal), but resources were available when you reran. In general, it is better to leave queued jobs as queued until executed. https://galaxyproject.org/support/how-jobs-execute/
