Question: HISAT2 job not running

Hello,

My HISAT2 job has been sat there doing nothing (grey box exclamation mark) for almost a week now. Has anyone else been having job running problems since the server maintenance last week?

Some jobs started right when the server came back up, but before we gave the all-clear to start using it, may not have made it into the queue. In your case, I would suggest re-running the jobs.
