Question: Can't upload file via ftp

Hi everyone :)

I have been using Galaxy for RNA-seq analysis, but I cant upload data via FTP approach since last week (the FTP approach worked before). It always says "550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel. Login failed." Is there anything wrong?? any help is appreciated :)

I just tested and the server is accepting FTPS connections.
