Question: Files queued in cufflinks for 4-5 days

Hello

I am quite novice but have loved using Galaxy for RNAseq - Ive had sample queued for cufflinks for several days (guessing around 4-5) that are not processing. From reading posts I can tell that I should not re-submit as they will go to end of line, but wanted to check to see if there are known issues w servers or cufflinks, or if anyone had suggestions for how to troubleshoot.

For your case, I would rerun if the jobs have not started up by now. This is a non-standard solution only to be used for this time window.
