Hello everyone,
I am very new to command environment and dont have any knowledge about operating terminal. I have installed galaxy on local computer with the help of an video on vimeo but i dont know why whenever i am closing terminal the server of the galaxy is not responding and again i ahve to start in the terminal from begning to get the galaxy
is it the proper way to use galaxy on cloud by keeping the terminal running while using galaxy or i am doing any mistake because even with the tools like FASTqc i am getting errors
Please tell me what is the correct method to use galaxy on local computer after installing it according to instruction given by the get galaxy web page https://new.galaxyproject.org/admin/get-galaxy/ or whether i have missed any step
