Question: Galaxy install configuration

Hi, I am trying to install my own copy of Galaxy. In following the posted directions, I am not sure how to modify the config/galaxy.ini file to the host setting (host = 0.0.0.0). Could someone provide more specific directions how to do this?

The setting is located at line 36 of the config/galaxy.ini file. Use a text editor to make the change (remove the hash "#" from the start of the line).
