I received the following error while extracting the reads of: SRR1542701 SRR1542705
Methods to download the file. Via Ftp link, EBI SRA. Still the error was been seen for both the files.
Fatal error: Exit code 127 (Could not locate fastq-dump binary) /galaxy-repl/main/jobdir/013/645/13645990/tool_script.sh: line 9: vdb-config: command not found /galaxy-repl/main/jobdir/013/645/13645990/tool_script.sh: line 9: prefetch: command not found
To extract I used the FASTQ Groomer on NGS: QC and Manipulation. In the usegalaxy.org site How do i go about this problem?
