Question: can't get any VCF tools to work

Hi, I can't seem to get any of the VCF tools to work on my combined VCF file, can't sort it, can't filter. The tools keep failing. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it is a bug. Please look at my "Coursera project" history. Thanks, Amy

I think the tools are having problems today. I haven't been able to get any jobs to run correctly.

I assume you are using usegalaxy.org instance, please share your account's name with galaxy-bugs@bx.psu.edu toegtehr with your problem.
