Question: Track visualization tool

Hello, I haven't been able to visualize my ChIP-Seq peaks using track visualization tools. Previously, I could load whichever bigwig data file I needed and visualize it without any problems. Now, when I try to to the same thing, the screen stays completely empty and nothing loads. I also receive an error message when I want to create a new track. I've tried different web browsers but didn't help. Is there a problem with the visualization tool lately?
