Question: upload file (fastq) is stuck

Hi,

I'm new to Galaxy and trying to upload my FASTQ files.  I queued them all up at once, and the first four uploaded just fine (it took less than ten minutes to upload all four).  However, the upload of the fifth file has been stuck at 68% for 20 minutes.  It's a slightly larger file (600 MB vs 470-560 MB for the first four), but I'm concerned there's a problem, and can't figure out how to stop and try again.  Any ideas?

Whew!  The upload request finally failed, and I was able to start it again.  A minute later, the upload is done.

Glad it worked out. If you ever have connection problems that are persistent (due to a slow connection), FTP can be used even for smaller files. Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
