Hi,

I'm trying to fish out antibiotic resistant genes from a hiseq data generated from human stool.

I have the antibiotic resistant gene database, how can I do it on Galaxy? I found that megablast only provide four default databases, how can I use my own?

Or anyone can recommend me some other tools to finish the job?

Thank you!

Hello,

Megablast at http://usegalaxy.org is indexed for specific databases. To use others, install the tool on a local or cloud Galaxy along with the indexes.
