Question: Jobs have been stuck for days

Hi,

I'm currently running 20 jobs on Galaxy Main and they've all been stuck at an alignment step for a few days now.  I know these types of jobs are handled by separate clusters that can become bogged down, but I just want to make sure my jobs are still sitting in queue and have not stalled.

Your lastz jobs are indeed queued. This tool runs exclusively on Stampede to try to keep the local Galaxy cluster free for more commonly used tools. I apologize for the wait. It looks like wait times on Stampede are currently around a day and a half. I'll add an option to run on the local cluster back to this tool.
