Question: Customized Galaxy Website

Hello,

I have no experience about developing one website, and galaxy is one great platform to provide the webpage interface for command line software.

My question: Is it okay to build one website using Galaxy as a platform and only provide customized tools without most of its main tools? (Galaxy logos will not be removed to show the original credit.)
