Question: jobs do not run (Gray) on Galaxy main

I submitted about 8 jobs on April 26 at 22.30(UTC). None of them run until now. These jobs are upload input data from UCSC main and my local computer (very small file). They are independent jobs (don't need to wait for other jobs to run). Also, I don't have any other jobs currently running. I used only 7% of my total space, so it's not like that my space is full.

Is there any maintenance on the server? I resubmitted the job this morning but it still doesn't work.
