I am using two BED files that are both in interval format after running MACS, so I don't know what I am doing wrong, and I am not sure how to interpret this error message

Hello,

The first thing to check is your python path. It looks like you are working on a cloud Galaxy. Did you use Cloud Launch to start the instance up? Did you change anything to the configuration files? Has any tool run successfully?

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
