Question: Job waiting to run (Trinity)

Hi,

I’m a new user of Galaxy. I’m just trying to run a De novo Assembly with Trinity. It’s been almost three days since I sent the job but it’s still waiting for running. Is this normal? How long (more or less) does it take to start a job in Trinity?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I'm using "Trinity NCGAS Galaxy". Maybe it has nothing to do with usegalaxy.org. In that case, sorry for my naive question.

It doesn't but don't worry. You probably want to use this form: http://ncgas.org/questions.php to contact the admins of the NCGAS Galaxy.
