Question: Tools Installation Status "stuck" at cloning

Everyone,

I am trying to install some tools on a brand new local Galaxy instance, but for some tools only show a status  of cloning and nothing else happens (see screen capture on URL below).  Is there any suggestion on how to troubleshoot such failed installs?

I've performed other installations that include dependencies and they go well.  Any advice is appreciated.

Hi carlos,

it is possible that there was some network outage or some other glitch that prevented the installation from finishing. If I were you I would uninstall/purge the repository from my Galaxy (from 'manage installed toolshed repositories' page) and try isntalling it again.
