Question: Tools for flow cytometry

Does anyone know if galaxy being used to build workflows for flow cytometry data analysis?  Tools like SPADE, viSNE and others.

I do not know of a public Galaxy instance that is performing this work already, although one could exist. None have contributed tools to the Tool Shed that I could find. Since this post has been around for two weeks with no replies from the community, it could be a new area.

Galaxy is being used for all sorts of analysis that is on a different track from the tools you see hosted on the public Main Galaxy at http://usegalaxy.org. And of course not all are public. You too can wrap just about any tool for Galaxy (and create new datatypes, if needed) to build up a workflow specific to your analysis.

If you are interested in this, start with the instructions in our wiki, under "Admin" and "Develop". Reviewing existing tools/repositories can also be helpful.
